Aside from our designs, we are proud to develop products that meet ever-changing environmental standards – including Ecodesign. Ecodesign aims to improve air quality. Solid fuel stove manufacturers are now only able to produce Ecodesign compliant appliances. All of our Ecodesign stoves and those of our distributed brands have been verified as meeting the stringent air quality and efficiency standards of the Ecodesign directive, and can be found displaying our Ecodesign Plus label. This helps you easily see which products meet these standards for low emissions.

A sustainable future ahead

As a British manufacturer, we are proud to invest significantly into South West manufacturing. Now well underway, our new premises are close to completion at Skypark – Exeter’s new generation of Business Park. These new premises will house new offices and manufacturing facilities, giving us the space to continue to innovate within our world-leading Research and Development functions, and allowing us to consolidate our current setup into one hub – improving logistics, communications, and productivity.

A BREEAM-rated building, the new environment is vastly more sustainable, and will enhance the wellbeing of our talented local employees. The premises will incorporate the latest heating recovery and cooling systems, insulation, and technology – allowing us to also reduce our commercial energy usage and carbon footprint.
