Quality Policy

The Stovax Heating Group Limited (comprising of Stovax Limited and Gazco Limited) designs, manufactures and distributes wood burning, solid fuel, gas and electric fires, stoves, chimney systems and associated products and equipment.

  • Implement a quality management system compliant with the standard BS ISO 9001:2015;
  • Establish objectives and targets to drive continual improvement in product performance and customer satisfaction
  • Comply with current legislation and relevant non-regulatory controls (including customer requirements) and, where practical, go beyond these requirements;
  • Provide guidance and training to staff and relevant contractors in complying with our quality policy whilst ensuring that their own work, so far as reasonably practicable, is carried out without risk to themselves or others
  • Audit and review our quality performance to ensure continual compliance with our policies and procedures;
  • Make our quality policy available to interested parties, on request;
  • Ensure our products are compliant with current relevant legislation;
  • Work with our supply chain to ensure they operate in in a way so as to meet customer expectations
  • The responsibility for quality and customer satisfaction is the responsibility of every Stovax Heating Group employee, awareness of quality issues will be ensured through training and active involvement;
  • The policy, organisation and procedures necessary to achieve the required standards are described in our Quality Management System.
  • The Quality Manager is responsible for monitoring the quality system and reports regularly to the Managing Director on the system’s implementation, status and effectiveness.
  • The Directors and Managers of the business are responsible for ensuring the provision of appropriate resources and arrangements to ensure the implementation of the objectives of this policy and for ensuring that the company complies with all relevant laws and regulations.
