The Ecodesign Stovax Riva2 40 wood burning and multi-fuel fire is designed specifically to fit into a standard 22” high x 16” wide British fireplace opening with the chairbrick removed. This allows you to install the fire into an existing opening with less building work, and in some cases even without removing a hearth and mantel already in place.

Riva2 40 inset fires offer the highest efficiency in the range, boasting an A+ energy rating. This model is also the only fire in the range that offers the ability to burn smokeless fuels, if desired. Visit our Riva2 fires page for further information.

The award-winning Stovax Riva2 inset wood burning and multi-fuel fires deliver sophisticated design and Ecodesign performance in equal measure. Winner of the Best Stove category at the 2022 Build It Awards, these spectacular inset log burners are available in four sizes, from the smallest in the range that can be installed into a standard 22” high x 16” wide British fireplace opening with the chairbrick removed, to the largest in the range that offers an impressive 8.1kW heat output.

With a high-quality steel exterior, cast iron grate and log guard, and ergonomic handle design, the Riva2 inset fire range offers both designer flair and high efficiency heat in four different sizes, to suit a range of installations. For a truly mesmerising centrepiece, all Riva2 fires can be selected with one of two decorative frames; the minimalist Profil XS or the slightly wider Profil frame. Both frames are available in either three-sided or four-sided versions, allowing you to hearth mount your Riva2, or elevate the fire’s position for a modern ‘hole-in-the-wall’ look.
