Tell us about your home, your inspiration…
I love the space in my home, moving from a 2 bedroom bungalow into a dated 3 bedroom house, I knew I wanted to make the most of the rooms as I plan to be here for a long time.
What do you love most about your home? What is your favourite feature?
Living right on the coast offers a gorgeous sea view but with that comes the cold and harsh winds in the winter, and what little summer we get.
What drew you to our Studio Freestanding stove?
When shopping for a wood burner, I wanted a statement fire, classic but modern at the same time. This fire was an excellent mix of all three. It was bold but a simple design to compliment the rest of the house. It’s always a talking point when people first come in!
What is your advise to anyone looking to renovate their own home?
Taking on a renovation project is both a challenging and rewarding experience.
My advice to anyone renovating is to go with what you absolutely love and budget everything else. If you don’t absolutely love it when buying, you won’t love it later. I think you get a feeling when you know you find the things you want. Wether it be the perfect fire or wallpaper. Instagram is such a good community for sharing ideas and tips.
