Managing Director, Alistair Compton, featured on ITV News to discuss measures to make our workplace Covid-Secure
It was great to see our Managing Director, Alistair Compton, on last night’s ITV News. Here, he discussed the positive measures being implemented in preparation for a safe return-to-work plan for our employees.
With over 300 employees, made up of a varied workforce that blends office, manufacturing, and warehouse activities, it has been essential to assess multiple scenarios to ensure the safety of all employees and their various daily needs in the workplace. This has all been worked out on an individual person by person basis, with every single staff member and their day-to-day activities being carefully accounted for.
Alistair commented: “Safety is paramount. For our 320 employees, we’ve actually got individual plans in place for return dates. We’ve sent them risk assessments and have a new COVID-19 policy in place. When people arrive at our doors to come back to work, they’ll be aware of the policy and will be totally au fait with the risk assessment of their specific areas – because they’re all very different.”
