hello we have bought a stovax Sheraton 5 from a stove dealer in Sevenoaks Kent and very happy with it. but l need to know how do l remove all the ash that falls down the air vents please ??

  Hi Stephen, thanks for your comment. Ash can be removed from the stove by using a shovel and ash caddy, or bucket. Alternatively ash vacuum cleaners exist for easy collection of ash for disposal. Your local Stovax retailer will have these products available for purchase.
