    Following on from our Engineer’s visit to you recently we hope that your fire is now working as expected.

    If not, and the engineer has advised that a re-visit is required, our planning team will be back in contact with you shortly to arrange another appointment.

    If a copy of our engineer’s report is required, then please contact our Service department via email who will be happy to send you a copy.
