Tell us about your home style? I love neutral colours and a country modern rustic feel. Lots of wicker and stars.
What do you love most about your home? What is your favourite feature? I love how the colours in my home flow from each room particularly downstairs. My kitchen is two tone with grey units in one side and off white in the other. I love how the kitchen, dining area and lounge flow with each other.
What drew you to our Studio gas fire? I’ve always wanted a cosy feel in the lounge and a gas fire is the ultimate in giving that effect. In a cold winter’s night, there is nothing better than having the fire on with your feet up.
What is your advice to anyone looking to renovate and choosing a fire? We were unsure about having to build a chimney breast (which was recommended by the supplier) as we thought it would draw the room in – it hasn’t!
I’m so glad we did it as it makes the fireplace much more real looking.
Why did you choose your retailer? Fireplace World are a well established supplier and gave us great advice on what to choose as we don’t have a chimney. Their expertise was a huge part in us choosing them.
The fire looks so real and it was worth paying a bit extra to get the proper effect that we were looking for.
