Had been looking to install a wood burner and as I live in a smokeless zone, my choices were automatically limited – having calculated the output needed for the size of my sitting room and adjoining dining room, I researched the stoves available across all brands – I was initially drawn to Stovax as the dimensions were perfect my existing chimney piece; and the range of cast iron or enamelled versions gave me much more choice than other brands. Having researched the quality of the Stovax brand and testimonials by users, even though it was marginally more costly, I decided to go with Brunel 1a in midnight blue enamel – fabulous choice – I couldn’t be happier – roll on the cold weather!
