London-based Aflux Designs chooses Gazco for luxury home design
Aflux Designs, London
March 6, 2018
Aflux Designs founders, Amit & Sara, offer a strong customer-orientated interior design service, delivering many different projects in London that vary greatly in size, style and budget. We caught up with them to find out more about their Earls Court and Hyde Park Gardens projects, and why they chose Gazco to complete the look.
How long has Aflux Designs been running, and how did the business start up?
We have been running officially for three years. We started working for developers who were interested in working with us given we are passionate in providing a luxury look at affordable costs. Since then we have been working throughout London for many homeowners and have been growing year on year, always keen to try new and creative designs to extend the range of our portfolio.
What approach do you take with your clients?
We always try a personal approach with our clients – when you are working on projects lasting over a year, it is important that you and your clients enjoy working together. Our friendly approach ensures that although we will act professionally throughout. We are there for our clients to help them achieve their dream home however possible.
How do you go about sourcing the fire to suit your needs?
We look at the design first – is it traditional or modern, what are the materials required, and the budget? From looking at inspiration to even designing from scratch, we then proceed to confirming with the supplier the exact fireplace we need.
What drew you to Gazco’s products?
Given their large array of products, Gazco has always been a preferred supplier. As we are known for affordable luxury, we need to find looks that are luxurious whilst also being aware of cost – Gazco fits that bill perfectly!
What’s your favourite part of a project?
We love every aspect but one of the key parts would be at the beginning – realising what the client wants and then going back to the studio to collate all the information to pull together the mood board, samples and materials to try and show our clients the big picture. We equally love the end result of course as it shows not only the final journey but the destination as to how we got there!
Please note that Stovax & Gazco accept no liability for their installation suitability, safety or building regulations conformance. The images shown on these pages are from real independent homes, many taken before installation is complete, and these form no basis of an installation recommendation by Stovax or Gazco. Please consult the complete installation instructions for your chosen product and consult with an appropriately qualified person for your own installation.
