Balanced flue option delights our customer

The customer came to us wanting a feature gas wall fire, the modern bungalow presented us with a flat wall and no existing flue!

We first introduced the customer to Gazco Studio slimline as the prefect starter option without the need to build a false wall, however, the customer really wanted a full depth fuel feature fire, with enough output to supplement their central heating system in the depth of winter. Following a second visit to our showroom and one look at the live Reflex Fire in the showroom and they were sold! The controllable extra heat from Reflex would play a major part in achieving their objective.

Our team duly set to task designing the false chimney breast size and specification, once agreed with the customer the installation started to take place.
