Stovax & Gazco 2 and 5 year Warranty

Your Stovax and Gazco retailer provides you with a Two Year Warranty for your new product. However, this specifically excludes naturally wearing parts of 'consumables' such as glass, firebricks, grate parts, log retainers, baffles. thermocouples, oxypilot, glass and ceramic fuel effects and rope seal. The use of unauthorised fuels such as petro-cokes will also invalid the warranty.

Furthermore, for the warranty to be valid your stove or fire must have been installed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and the second year's warranty is dependant on the appliance being serviced within 12 months of installation by an appropriately qualified engineer.

Some Stovax and Gazco products also have a Five Year Casting Warranty on cast iron parts such as cast iron carcasses and cast iron doors of steel bodied stoves. Again, this excludes naturally wearing cast iron parts such as grates, dampers, log retainers and baffles. This five year warranty is dependant upon servicing the appliance 12 months after installation and annually thereafter.
