Registration will help your retailer to provide their TWO YEAR WARRANTY on your new appliance and, where applicable, a FIVE YEAR WARRANTY ON CASTINGS*. Full details of the warranty offered by your retailer are given in your Installation and Users Instructions.

The second year’s warranty is dependent on your appliance being serviced 12 months after installation. Registering your product online will not only you automatically enter you into our monthly prize draw to win a case of wine but, by ticking the boxes, we can also send you a reminder to arrange your annual service in 11 months time and keep you up-to-date with new accessories or products that will help you gain even more enjoyment from your new fire or stove.

*Castings refers to the main carcass of cast iron stoves and the cast iron door in the case of steel stoves. This warranty does not include the grate, damper, log retainer or baffle castings as these are naturally wearing parts.
