Warranty

A: Your Stovax retailer provides you with a Two Year Warranty for your new stove. However, this is dependent upon servicing the appliance 12 months after installation and specifically excludes ‘wear and tear items’ such glass, firebricks, grate parts, log retainers, baffles and rope seal and the use of non-authorized fuel such as petro-cokes. They also provide a Five Year Casting Warranty for the carcass of all cast iron stoves and the cast iron door of steel stoves. Again, this excludes naturally wearing cast parts such grate, dampers, log retainers and baffles. This five year warranty is dependant upon servicing the appliance 12 months after installation and annually thereafter.
