Q: How long is the warranty and what does it
cover?
A:Your Gazco retailer
provides you with a Two Year Warranty for your new gas stove.
However, this is dependent upon servicing the appliance 12 months
after installation and specifically excludes ‘wear and tear’ items
such thermocouples, oxypilot, glass and ceramic fuel effects.
They also provide a Five Year Casting Warranty
for the carcass of all cast iron stoves and the cast iron door of
steel stoves. This five year warranty is dependant upon servicing
the appliance 12 months after installation and annually
thereafter.
