Gazco Important Safety Notice

(Supplement to important safety notice dated 18th September 2007)

1.1 Remove the main door to gain access. To remove the door:
Open the door to a 90° angle by pushing the bottom right corner
Lift the door off the two hinge pins on the left
Place carefully to one side
1.2 The battery holder is located behind the lower door. To open the door, press the lower right hand corner until a click is heard. Open the door and the battery box can be seen.
Battery holder for the balanced flue is located on the left hand side
Battery holder for the conventional flue is located on the right hand side
1.3 Remove the battery holder by sliding outwards, diagram 4
1.4 Open battery holder. Depress the arrow on top of the plastic holder and slide the lid off (if fitted) in the direction of the arrow, diagram 5
1.5 Remove batteries
1.6 Replace lid (if fitted) and fit the sticker provided onto the battery holder to prevent anyone replacing the batteries until authorised
1.7 Push the battery holder back into its location and close the door by following these instructions in reverse
